Brand new in the box. The printer and accessories are new in the box. Some marks on the box. Please check the pictures for more details. I will put brown tapes to cover those marks. New old inventory and inks might have a chance to dry out.

Please make sure the product is what you really want. We charge high restock fee if the buyer return the non-defective product.

- We record the machine and part”s series number to avoid the scammer.

* For defective or damage product, please contact us within 7 days after the package arrive. We will provide shipping label for the defective product. -No defective product report after 7 days of the package delivery.

* For unopened or new printer, we accept the return within 30 days. The buyer need to pay two ways shipping cost and 15% restock fee.

* For used or not the same condition as we ship, we don’t accept the return. If the buyer return the used or not the same condition printer, the buyer will be charged up to 50% fee and two way shipping cost. It depends on the condition what we receive.
