Cosmetic Condition:These are pre-owned items which we received through our recycling program. Items were received from a professional working environment, and are in overall good cosmetic condition with some scuffs, scratches, and nicks around edges. Please see all photos for a better idea of cosmetic condition.

Testing:These items were plugged into power and we used their reset button to restore them to factory settings. We have not extensively tested these items, please reach out to us if you have further tests you would like us to perform. Thank you!

We offer free shipping and will ship items within48 business hoursof successful payment to addresses within the continental United States only. FedEx 2-Day shipping is offered at an additional cost. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order!

Return Policy

We offer a free30-day return policy. The item must be returned in the precise condition in which it was received, and we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund if the item is received back in a different condition than when it was shipped or appears to have been used during this 30-day period. This includes altering software, so please be sure to reset items if necessary.

Exchange Policy

If you are interested in exchanging your item for a replacement, please send us an message prior to opening a return request. We are an e-waste recycling company and can often replace items if they are not working properly or even repair them!
