Some of them were not used and were just taken out of the packaging to occupy empty ports on a patch panel. The ones that were terminated have had all of the cable scraps removed from the terminals. They are ready to terminated onto category cable just as they would be straight out of the bag. They come with the lacing caps and the jack itself. The panduit termination tool is not included. The jacks have been tested and are in good working condition. Panduit has always been a quality driven company and would be viewed as an industry leader. Panduit connectivity has always been on the expensive side and my local distributors charge around $14 for each jack. This provides a solid savings that goes in your pocket.
