The Phison mSATA SSD is a flash based disk drive with SATA III compliant interface. It used high performance and reliability controller with Toshiba MLC based NAND flash tested at temperature of 0°C to 70°C environment. It provides sequential read and writes speeds of up to 400MB/s and 150MB/s respectively. Its high reliability and data protection makes it an ideal storage solution for the server and mobile environment. Due to its non mechanical nature, it has higher shock resistant and lower access time than traditional rotating hard disk. Built-in ECC and EDC ensure error-free transactions for the most demanding Grade MLC based NAND flash and components (support -40°C to 85°C)
