CommodoreMSD SD2 Dual Super Disk Drive IEC IEEE

Fully functional MSD-SD2 Dual Super Disk Drive with AC power cord and IEC serial cable for sale from my Commodore collection. This drive is compatible with Commodore serial devices that use the IEC bus (64,128,128DCR, Vic-20, etc.) as well as older generation IEEE parallel connected systems like the Commodore PET line of computers. This drive operates 100% and is in really nice cosmetic and functional condition, with just a fewminusculescuffs that might not even show, see pics, zoom in. Also includes 2 disks inserted in drives with MSD Utilities on both sides of both disks.

Both TEC FB-501 drive mechanisms have had all their polarized electrolytic capacitors replaced on both the logic boards and spindle drive boards in both mechanisms. It reads and writes fine, formats and copies whole disks fine, no issues.

This disk drive, power supply and serial cable work fine but as with all vintage electronics it will not be returnable because of its age.
