Using MSI's patented TORX Fan technology which can alsobe found on our famous GAMING series graphics cards, a massive amount ofairflow is generated for highly effective cooling. The unique combination oftwo different type of fan blades also ensures that the cooler stays relativelysilent under extreme load situations. Core Frozr L uses a solid nickel-platedcopper baseplate which creates a large highly conductive area that catches theheat from the CPU and efficiently passes it on to the connected heatpipes.Four 8mm SuperPipes reach up from the baseplate into an impressive array ofaluminium fins. The fins are equipped with Airflow Control technology todirect the flow of air precisely onto the heat pipes for more efficient heatdispersion. Every tiny detail counts when it comes to creating the ultimatethermal design, which is why Core Frozr L uses a premium thermal compound toensure lasting and reliable thermal performance. How you want your build tolook is up to you, which is why both a black and a silver top cover areincluded with the Core Frozr L so you can easily customize how your CPU coolerlooks. An additional set of 120mm fan brackets is included to support the useof dual fans in a push-pull configuration for additional cooling performance.Supports all popular Intel and AMD sockets and can be fitted with an easy touse mounting system. The Core Frozr L also includes a CPU backplate whichgives more support for both the motherboard and the cooler to prevent anydamage through years of usage or the occasional bump during transport.
