Once winning a sale or BUY IT NOW of a listing, you will have 48 hours to complete checkout for said listing. If you do not complete checkout before the allotted time, will automatically open an "Unpaid Item Case"

I will ship after checkout of the listing is complete. I typically have a1-2 DAYHandling time frame for orders purchased during Monday-Friday. IDO NOTship on weekends. Any listing whose checkout is completed on a Friday after 8 amor the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

I typically ship through FedEx or USPS. Most items will be shipped FedEx Smart Post although a few through FedEx Ground or USPS First Class or Priority. Do not ask me to ship at a faster speed AFTER you purchase the item, I will not spend more on shipping if you do not arrange something with me before purchase. I ship my items on time but I am not responsible if the carrier takes longer than they should.

International Location, PO Boxes, Alaska/Hawaii/ Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, or APO/FPO

Returns/Refunds Policy

If you wish to return an item for whichever reason, you must first contact me and inform me that you wish to return your item. You must send your item in the same condition it was received. You are responsible for the shipping costs on returns. You have 14 days after delivery to return it.

IF PRODUCT IS TAMPERED WITH WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUND

Shipping cost is not refunded

Refunds will only be given if:

• Returned item(s) arrive in the same condition as it was received
• Item does not meet the description in its listing
• Wrong item was sent
• Item never arrived*

Please note that refunds will only be given after the item in question is sent back and is received by me, so it is recommended to add tracking to the item in case it is lost during shipping.

* I do not take responsibility if the address provided by your account is incorrect. All listings will be shipped with tracking so please make sure that the address provided in your account is the address you wish to receive the listing at for it will be where the listing is shipped.

Canceling a Purchase

If you win a offer or purchase a listing, but no longer need or want the listing, you will have 48 hours after winning or purchasing the listing to contact me otherwise, will automatically open an ‘Unpaid Item Case.’

If someone wins a offer or purchases a listing on your account and without your consent, you will have 48 hours to contact me*, otherwise will open an ‘Unpaid Item Case.’

* It is recommended to contact me immediately or as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue quickly.
