This system does not charge in full to 100%, it is believed an array or a partial of an array of one of the 3 systems needs to be replaced. It does still hold a lot of juice!
The fans make a little more noise than normal, but as something that goes in a rack unit or a closet, it is no where near loud or obnoxious.
