The PVC jacket is RoHS certified and is compliant with ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 standards. Monoprice Ethernet cables are made of 100 percent pure bare copper wire, as pposed to copper clad aluminum (CCA) wire, and are therefore fully compliant with UL Code 444 and National Electrical Code TIA 568 C.2 fire and safety standards, which require pure bare copper wire in communications cables. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to Monoprice within 30 days of delivery date for a replacement or refund.However, if at the time of sale Shipping and Handling was charged, this is not refundable.
All returns, whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, please setup a return request through your account.
Products that are returned without prior RMA and the RMA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused and sent back to the sender.
