ABOUT THIS SWITCH: Eight 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-sensing gigabit ports, 2000 Mbps total throughput. This is a SMART MANAGED switch, not an unmanaged one - it has a web management interface with VLANs, QoS traffic prioritization, port trunking, and port mirroring. AutoUplink on every port, so no crossover cables needed. Rugged metal case, desktop or wall mountable. A real step up from a plain unmanaged switch if you want VLAN segmentation or traffic control in a home lab or small office.
