The NX-8170-G8 contains twelve drive slots. Slots 1 through 10 support NVMe drives. Slots 11 and 12 arefilled with nonremovable thermal management assemblies.The NX-8170-G8 supports partial population, with even numbers of drives only.The following list shows supported configurations.
• Two NVMe drives in slots 1 and 2, all other slots empty.
