· Alinc offers FREE UPS Ground shipping and only ship to continental USA addresses.
· Estimated delivery times for UPS Ground is usually within 5-7 business days.

Returns
· Alinc has a 30-day return policy that includes a 20% restock free and in which the buyer pays for return shipping.
· Any orders past 30 days will be determined case by case basis.
· Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number issued from us. If an order is returned without an RMA requested or RMA number attached, then we will reject the return and the product will be sent back to the buyer.
· RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the time it is issued to the buyer.
