Warranty is only valid if sold directly to the end user. All units purchased for resale receive a 30-Day warranty. This item DOES NOT include any warranty from the manufacturer.

New -This product is brand new and has never been used. It comes in the original Palo Alto packaging with all the original accessories. The box is factory sealed and has never been opened. Boxes might have some signs of wear and tear from storage.

Return Policy
If you need to return an item please contact us or senda message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and senda Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a validreason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25%restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for anycosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issuedin up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items mustbe in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible forany damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.
