Okidata Microline 184 Turbo Not Working

For parts, I originally got it and was able to print test pages as seen above, but was unable to get it to print.
Now It does not print test pages and the print head only moves to the left continuously
no matter what button is hit.
Also it appears the plastic is either broken or not snapped fully together. I also received it with an extra plastic piece but do not see where it goes into.
