PCIe to miniPCIe adapter Use:
To mount a desktop PC PCIe 1x card on a laptop using its internal miniPCIe expansion port
Compatibility:
For any laptop with a miniPCIe port
Use :
The miniPCIe part is housed in the laptop, it is then connected via the cable provided to the PCIe 1x base which will accommodate the PCIe card
The PCIe base is powered:
in 3.3V by the miniPCIe port in 5V either by USB cord (hence the USB socket on the base), or by floppy cord (white plug with 4 pins) in 12V by floppy cord Depending on your PCIe card you will therefore have to use the appropriate power supply.
For miniPCIe "Mini Card Electromechanical Specification" Revision 1.0 and PCI Express "base Specification" 1.1 (2.5Gpbs bandwidth)
Supplied with two soft tablecloths of 15cm and 25cm.
The mPCIe card is breakable, allowing it to be inserted into both types of mPCIe slots, full or half size.
