Remove the clear plastic cover before inserting. With a dry, lint-free cloth, wipe clean the contacts on the underside of each cartridge and place it back into the machine.
Check Compatibility
If the cartridge isn't fitting into your machine, make sure you're using the proper cartridge. DO NOT order this set of cartridges if you have a PostBase Vision, PostBase Mini, or MyMail.
