This is vintage old stock from a major online retailer. Since it is 10+ year old stock we opened the packaging and tested it. We were actually surprised that Windows 11 had drivers for this hardware and it installed without errors! (see last photo) However, The included PC software required MS framework 2.0 and we were not willing to install it on one of our computers just to test this USB stick TV tuner.
This is brand new nver sold to a customer, however, since we opened it and tested the hardware, we are listing it a used.
