Plugable PL2303-DB9 USB to RS-232 Serial Adapter

USB-A to DB9 male serial adapter using a Prolific USB-to-serial chipset.

USED – USB INTERFACE TESTED

This adapter was connected to a Windows PC and was successfully recognized by the operating system.

Testing performed:

• Adapter powered normally when connected by USB
• Windows detected the device
• Device Manager recognized it as Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port
• Windows successfully assigned COM9

This confirms the USB interface powers up and enumerates correctly in Windows.

Full RS-232 transmit/receive communication was not tested.

Adapter shows normal cosmetic wear from previous use and storage.

Includes the Plugable USB-to-RS232 adapter shown in the photos only.
