Heating block size: 23 x 16 x 11.5mm, with 3mm cartridge hole for temperature sensor; Heatbreak is made of titanium TC4 material to provide excellent heat insulation between heating and cooling block.

Copper has more than 3 times the thermal conductivity of brass, and the copper alloy we use has been hardened and treated to reduce the oxidation that occurs at high temperatures. The higher thermal conductivity also increases your heating times and can provide higher temperature control.
