Description

RARE 1993 MACWORLD EXPO / CLASSIC MACINTOSH COLLECTIBLE

Offered here is an unusual Special Preview Limited Edition of Tabs & Indents on the Macintosh by Robin Williams, published by Peachpit Press.

The cover specifically identifies this edition as:

“Special preview limited edition for Macworld Expo

San Francisco • January 1993”

Most importantly, this copy still retains its original 3.5-inch floppy disk, labeled “Tabs and Indents on the Macintosh — Robin Williams,” in the clear holder inside the book.

The book covers classic Macintosh desktop-publishing and word-processing software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works, ClarisWorks, MacWrite II, WriteNow, Aldus PageMaker and QuarkXPress.

This is an interesting survivor from the early-1990s Macintosh and desktop-publishing era, particularly because it is the Macworld Expo preview edition with its accompanying disk still present.

Ideal for a serious collector of vintage Apple/Macintosh computing, Macworld Expo memorabilia, early desktop publishing, graphic design history, or vintage computer software and documentation.
