Item works. Recently upgraded printers due to not having usb access on my new computer. Pinter sometimes will have to reprint a label as it will not detect label. Prints ink well. Roller might just need cleaning. Selling cheaper due to needing to reprint labels every so often. Let me know if you have any questions.
