One of the brass loops for holding the shoulder strap is missing. The strap can still be attached using the 2 loops in the center handle area. See photos.We believe this is the Espresso color. The only notable flaw with this bag is that it is missing that upper right brass loop.3 Padded interior dividers easily hold a laptop. There is a pocket for a tablet or E Reader. The third section could hold papers, etc. Two exterior top load pockets have compartments for pens, phone and/or calculator.
