The monitor will display lines/black portions right after it is first turned on. However, after the monitor warms up for 10-30 minutes, all artifacts disappear and the monitor works perfectly normal. Sometimes, you may have to softly hit the monitor at certain places for it to fix itself. Once it is fixed however, it has no issues until it is turned off and cools down. When it cools down, it needs to warm up again to fix itself. There are no cracks on the monitor and it has never been dropped.
