Samsung SyncMaster 245BW 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor: New Old Stock, Sealed in Original Box

A new old stock Samsung SyncMaster 245BW, still sealed in its original box. The 245BW was a well-regarded 24" monitor of the late 2000s, and its native 1920×1200 (16:10) resolution and DVI-D input make it a great match for period PC builds from the Windows XP and Vista era. The box has never been opened.

Sealed Box Details

• The box has never been opened, and the original tape seals are intact
• The original tape has yellowed and may have weakened with age, so new tape has been added over the original tape to keep the box sealed in transit. The new tape is protective only; the box has not been opened or resealed.
• Because the box is sealed, the contents have not been inspected. The box label lists a DVI-D cable as an included option.

Box Condition
The box shows its age. Please review all photos. Known issues:

• Both side handholds have been punched through, with torn cardboard around the openings; one tear extends up toward the tape line
• Yellowed original tape
• Dents and creases on one face of the box
• Scuffs, edge wear, and corner wear
• Light green marks along one top edge
• A small handwritten notation near the top corner on one side

Testing

• Untested. The box is sealed, so the monitor has not been powered on or inspected. As with any electronics stored for many years, function cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping
This item ships in its original Samsung box, without an outer shipping box. The shipping label will be attached directly to the box, and the box may pick up additional handling wear in transit. I ship on Fridays and Saturdays, with additional drop-offs on Mondays for orders packed in advance. Please allow a few days for handling.
