* For unopened or new printer, we accept the return within 30 days. The buyer need to pay two ways shipping cost and 15% restock fee.

* For used or not the same condition as we ship, we accept the return within 30 days but the buyer needs to pay two way ship cost and 25-50% restocking fee. It depends on the condition what we receive.
