Vintage Seagate ST43400N Elite 3 SCSI hard drive installed in a Maxoptix TMT I external enclosure. The Seagate drive model is visible in the interior photos. The Maxoptix name and TMT I model number refer to the external enclosure; the installed storage device is a Seagate hard drive.

The unit powers on. The cooling fan runs, the front green indicator lights up, and I did not notice any unusual sounds during the basic power-on test.

Testing was limited to powering the unit on. It was not connected to a computer through SCSI. Detection by a computer, drive capacity, and the ability to read or write data have not been verified. The condition and contents of any data on the drive are unknown.

The front of the enclosure has an open area that exposes the internal components, as shown in the photos. The case shows cosmetic wear and dust from age and storage. Please review all photos carefully for the exact configuration and condition. Sold as-is for parts or repair due to limited testing. Only the unit shown in the photos is included.
