Thewarranty will begin on the date of delivery. If any parts are damagedor broken during the warranty period, we will cover the replacementparts and labor charge. Please keep in mind that the consumables arenot covered by the warranty (e.g., toner cartridges, drums, fusers, anddeveloper).The warranty is null and void if:
- The unit is sold or used outside of the contiguous US.
- Been damaged, altered, misused, or abused.
- Improperly installed or maintained by someone other than a qualifiedtechnician.
- The warranty period has expired.In contrast, all pre-owned printer accessories are sold "AS IS" with nowarranty. Used printer accessories are not eligible for refunds,returns, or exchanges.
Shipping & PickupAll orders weighingless than 70pounds will be shipped via UPS or other shipping services. Any itemsover this weight limit will be shipped via LTL Freight or commoncarrier at the discretion of ABD Office Solutions. All shipments will include tracking information as well asinsurance for the full purchase price.

For freight shipments, the transittime is between 7-10 business days after the package has beenprocessed and shipped. You will receive a shipment confirmation messageonce your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.Standard delivery is up to the curbside only; Residential, inside,or remote delivery requests will incur additional shipping charges.
