We ship worldwide from Japan using FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, or other trusted carriers, depending on the destination, package size, and shipping conditions.

Orders are normally shipped within 1 business day. Same-day shipping may be available for orders placed before our shipping cutoff time.

If you require urgent shipping due to factory downtime or emergency equipment replacement, please contact us before purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For certain destinations or oversized shipments, we may request that the buyer provide their own FedEx, DHL, shipping account.

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing description.

We do not accept returns for:

• Compatibility or installation issues

Any approved return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped. Any alteration, repair attempt, disassembly, replacement, or removal of parts or components will void return eligibility.
