Rare 2513 standard ASCII character generator ROM (aka CM2140) from Signetics with an early 7148 datecode. This is in the very unusual NX package with pin width of 0.5\" instead of the normal 0.6\". Used in early microcomputers, dumb terminals and TV Typewriters.
