The laptop is in excellent overall physical condition considering its age and use. The item has expected cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, scrapes, marks and/or other general wear. The screen bezel is missing a rubber bumper, and the bottom cover is missing some rubber feet. Review all photos carefully to understand the condition of the item being sold. The laptop has the following issue(s) during inspection and testing:
- The colors on the display are inverted due to physical or hardware damage. For example, black is now white and blue is now red (as shown in photos).
- Wireless card drivers are installed on the laptop, but Windows reports no connections are available and the wireless switch does not illuminate.
The laptop is in otherwise fully functional condition with no other known issues. The Pentium B490 processor has fresh high-quality Honeywell PTM7950 thermal interface material applied for improved thermal performance. An original Sony battery is included with the laptop but does not charge or hold a charge. A fresh installation of Sony-branded Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1 has been pre-installed along with original VAIO applications, critical system drivers and Windows updates. A physical Windows COA or activation key is present on the machine.
