Please flash the latest firmware. You can download it from Sovol Official website. Setting the height of first layer to 0.3mm when you slice is recommended.

How to reduce the the sound of bearings during printing process?

The I3 structure printers are different from the printers driven by wheels. If you want to make printing quieter, please grease the guide rods/bearings. Or contact with us and we will send grease to you.
