The primary difference between the two power supplies is the 370-4326 power supply does NOT have the manual AC Select Switch used for 115V to 230V.
The 370-4326 has automatic Power Factor Correction.
If your machine currently has a 370-3162 you can replace it with a 370-3162 or 370-4326.
