I have for sale a Taurus black canvas padded laptop bag. I have also used this before for carrying other small electronics as well. The outer dimensions are 16 x 12 x 2.75 inches, and the inner dimensions for the laptop/tablet portion are 15 x 11 x 1.9 inches or so.
It has an outer velcro pocket for the charger cord, another pocket on the back for a notebook or logbook. Inside are 3 different velcro secured pockets for a mouse, and other laptop accessory. It has 2 straps inside to hold the laptop or tablet in place and an adjustable shoulder carry strap.
It is used but in very good condition. I have used it several times carrying various netbooks on trips and through airports.
