Shipping:

·Itemsare typically shipped with in 1 business days of payment being accepted.

·Actualshipping address will need to be supplied especially for larger items, whichare typically shipped FedEx.

·Smalleritems are shipped via Postal Service Priority Mail. Items less than 1 lb. actual shipping weightmay be shipped via USPS First Class mail which could take 1 day longer thenPriority Mail.

·Localpickups are welcome, please contact us if you would like to come and pick theitem up.

Combined Shipping:

·Wedo combine shipments for multiple orders; you will need to contact us beforepurchasing and making payment for any shipping discounts to apply.

·Therewill be no refunds for shipping once payments are made, because chargesfor the total purchase price even if refunds are given.

Payments:

·PayPalis our preferred method of payment. All other must be authorized first.

·Forlocal pickups cash is preferred.

International:

·Global Shipping Program ispreferred.

·Forall other international shipments please contact us before making a purchase.

·Shippingwill be USPS Express with insurance and delivery confirmation and is typicallyquite expensive.

·Ifa buyer wishes to ship with a cheaper option, USPS Priority is available butbuyer assumes all responsibility for receipt of item and condition of item.

Returns:

·Returnsare typically accepted for up to a period of 30 Days

·Returnmust be authorized before shipping back and a copy of the original purchaseagreement and return authorization email must be included with the returneditem, in order to insure the return is processed affectively and a refund isissued quickly.

·Refundswill be processed with in 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.

If a buyer wishes to return an item due tochanging their mind or some other reason, the buyer will be responsible for allshipping charges incurred for their item, if free shipping was offered, theactual shipping charges will be held back from the original purchase price. (Freeshipping does not mean that we are not charged to ship your item). The buyer will also be expected to pay thecost to return the item. In addition a10% restock fee will be charged for the item and the balanced returned to thebuyer. All items must be returned in a similar condition to when they wereshipped. If the item is returned in a condition that makes it unable to beresold, no refund will be issued for that item.

Resolving issues: Forall items shipped and returned due to a mistake or misrepresentation on thepart of Survice&Surplus we will do our best to resolve the issue to thesatisfaction of you our customer. Therewill be no additional charges for returning an item or for us to ship areplacement. We do require the buyer toship the item back to us but upon receipt of the item we will refund the buyerfor any additional shipping charges. Wewill also refund the buyer their original shipping charges if, because of ourmistake, an item must be shipped back to us, and typically for us to remedy amistake the item must be returned.
