About Us Shipping Policy Returns Payment
We will contact all buyers via e-mail shortly after your item has been purchased. Instructions for the completion of the sale will be included in that e-mail notification.
Toner Eagle knows that when your printer runs out of toner, you need toner quickly. So, if you place your order and pay for it by 3 P.M. Pacific time on any weekday (excluding holidays), we will ship your order the same day.
Toner Eagle ships toner refill kits via either U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or U.S.P.S. First Class Mail. All remanufactured toner cartridges are shipped via either U.P.S. Ground or FEDEX Ground. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.
Toner Eagle does not process or ship orders during the weekend. (Saturday and Sunday)
