Up for your consideration is a vintage Apple external SCSI CD-ROM drive featuring the classic rainbow Apple logo. Includes the SCSI cable/adapter and power cord shown in the photos.
The unit powers on with a green indicator light. The disc tray opens and closes smoothly, the drive spins quietly, and it reads a disc before the indicator changes to amber and the unit enters standby mode. Data transfer and RCA audio line-out have not been fully tested due to not having a compatible vintage Macintosh SCSI computer setup.
Features dual SCSI ports, selectable SCSI ID, RCA left/right audio outputs, front headphone jack and volume control.
It shows normal cosmetic wear from age and storage. Please review photos for overall condition and included accessories.
