For sale is a vintage Focus FK-3001 keyboard. Key switches are clicky white Alps, AT/XT switchable (underneath the 3001 badge), and uses a 5-pin DIN plug. Everything has been extensively cleaned, thoroughly tested, and is in overall relatively good shape.
The calculator display unfortunately barely works. The calculator function itself still appears to work, but without the display it's not of much use.
The top case and keycapshave gone through a bit of retrobriting, and hopefully the pictures help show the...less than perfect results. Some keys are still a bit yellow, some of the darker grey keys are splotchy/mottled, and there's some faint unevenness in areas around the top case. Originally this keyboard was extremely heavily yellowed, so while it is an improvement, it's still far from perfect.
There is a compartment for 2xLR44 batteries, however they are not necessary for the keyboard to function, and are only for powering the calculator when unplugged from a computer.
The original 5-pin DIN plug had a bad short. It was cut off and replaced; the new replacement connector is black, and while not a perfect aesthetic match, it now works perfectly.
One of the flip-out feet is also missing.
