Vintage detachable keyboard cable believed to be for an IBM Model M or similar vintage keyboard.

Features a 5-pin DIN male connector on one end and SDL-style connector on the other. Please compare the connectors shown in the photos with your keyboard to verify compatibility. (DIN cable plug is dented)

The cable is in rough condition from age. The outer insulation has become brittle and is crumbling/flaking off in numerous areas, leaving the braided shielding exposed. Please see all photos closely for the condition.

Cable has not been tested for continuity or functionality. Due to the deteriorated insulation, it should be considered in need of repair/restoration before use. The connectors may also be useful for rebuilding an original vintage keyboard cable.
