Original vintage program cassette produced for the Radio Shack TRS-80 Level II computer system.
Written by Lon Poole and Mary Borchers and published by Osborne/McGraw-Hill, this cassette contains the ready-to-run programs associated with the classic Some Common BASIC Programs programming book.
Contemporary Osborne advertising describes the collection as containing 76 BASIC programs covering personal finance, mathematics, statistics and other general-purpose applications. The TRS-80 Level II cassette was originally sold separately for $15.00.
Includes the original cassette, clear plastic case, and original black/yellow Osborne/McGraw-Hill insert as shown. The cassette labels have some areas where the adhesive has weakened and the labels are lifting slightly.
Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition. The cassette is in good overall cosmetic condition for its age, but the paper labels are lifting/not fully adhered in a couple of spots. There is also normal age and storage wear to the cassette, insert, and plastic case. Cassette is untested and is being sold as a collectible; functionality is not guaranteed. Please review all photos carefully for exact condition.
An uncommon piece of early TRS-80 software and microcomputer history, ideal for a Radio Shack/Tandy, BASIC programming, or vintage computer software collection.
