Authentic Apple II Plus – Model A2S1016 – Fully Working with Tara 16K RAM Board and Original Sup’R Mod II TV Interface
This is a genuine early Apple II Plus (serial A2S2-118771), originally configured as the 16KB model (A2S1016). It has been tested and is in working condition.Key Features & Upgrades:
  • Boots cleanly to the Applesoft BASIC prompt (Apple ][ Plus with Applesoft in ROM).
  • Keyboard is fully functional.
  • Installed Tara Apple 16K RAM Board (A Computex Products Inc.) – a third-party 16K Language Card-style expansion. This adds 16KB of bank-switched RAM, bringing the system to an effective 32KB configuration suitable for more advanced software of the era.
  • Original Sup’R Mod II Channel 33 TV interface by M&R Enterprises. This classic RF modulator lets you connect the computer directly to a standard television on UHF Channel 33 (a very common accessory for early Apple II systems when monitors were expensive).
  • Composite video also works for a dedicated monitor (demonstrated in photos).
Condition:
  • Case is in good, clean condition with original Apple II Plus badge.
  • Internals are clean and well-preserved; motherboard, power supply, and cards appear original/period-correct.
  • Power light works and the system powers on normally.
  • Shown running a simple BASIC program
