1. How do I set or change printer preferences?

Windows: Devices - Printers & Scanners - Xprinter-D4602B - Manage - Printing preferences. Additional settings can be found in the Advanced tab.
Mac: Launchpad - System Preferences - Printers & scanners - Xprinter-D4602B - Options & Supplies.

2. After installing the printer drivers, Windows cannot find it?

Connect your printer to the PC → Turn on the printer → Open the driver installation program → How to connect this printer? → Others (parallel or serial) → Xprinter XP-D4602B → Install

3. Why my printer is printing blank labels?

The most common reason is that the labels were loaded upside down. Please ensure your labels，are properly loaded with the tearable side up. Also ensure your labels are \"Direct Thermal\" labels and not the standard paper.

4. How to setup printer with Mac OS?

If there is a error stating \"pkg can\'t be opened because it is from undentified developer\" when installing the driver, please follow the steps below to allow the macOS to finish the installation.

• Go to the Security & privacy.
• Select to allow the \'XPLZ_for_Mac_printer_driver.pkg\' in the option pointed.
• Then you can install the printer driver.
