The fuser unit is bad, it is very obvious and can be seen in the photos. Since it is bad, it causes jams in the fuser every time. Replacing the fuser will remedy the issue.

By default, only power cords are included with printers. No other cords are included unless you message us to request them. Paper is not included. Installation disc is not included. Handling Time
We have a 2 business day handling time. This means we will usually ship your item and drop it off to the carrier within the 2 COMPLETE business days after your order is confirmed. For example, if you order on Tuesday at 3PM, then your order will ship by end of day Thursday. If you order on Friday at 9AM, your order will ship by end of day the following Tuesday.
