Printing Guidelines
- Nozzle temperature: 250–270°C (all-metal hotend required)
- Heat bed temperature: 80–100°C; enclosure strongly recommended
- Print speed: 30–60mm/s
- Hardened steel nozzle required — carbon fiber rapidly wears brass nozzles
- Dry the filament before every print: nylon absorbs moisture in hours (dry at 70–80°C for 6+ hours)
Filament Storage Tips
Nylon is extremely hygroscopic — store in a sealed dry box with desiccant immediately after opening, and re-dry before each use.
