eSUN PETG-CF blends tough PETG with chopped carbon fiber for prints that are stiffer, stronger, and more dimensionally stable than plain PETG. The carbon fiber reinforcement gives parts a distinctive matte surface that hides layer lines, along with improved rigidity for functional components such as drone frames, brackets, jigs, and mechanical parts.

Printing Guidelines
- Nozzle temperature: 240–260°C
- Heat bed temperature: 70–80°C
- Print speed: 30–60mm/s
- Hardened steel nozzle (0.4mm or larger) strongly recommended — carbon fiber is abrasive and will wear out brass nozzles quickly
- Keep filament dry; PETG-CF absorbs moisture, which hurts surface quality and strength
Filament Storage Tips
Store sealed with desiccant. If printing quality drops (stringing, rough surface), dry the spool at 60–65°C for 4–6 hours before use.
