The Plated Copper Nozzle and Heater Block are engineered for ultimate high temperature performance.Made from a special high temperature copper-alloy with a softening point of well above 500°C,and with much-increased thermal conductivity.
This Plated Copper Nozzle is perfect for high temperature applications,while working perfectly with all filaments,including PLA, ABS, PETG,TPU,PP,PC,PA,Nylon,PEEK,PEI and composite materials containting abrasive additives,such as carbon fiber,steel,wood,boron caroffere,tungsten etc.
The Plated Copper Nozzle and Heater Block have the characteristics of high temperature resistant,high thermal conductivity,non-stick surface,reduces the adhesion of filament,nickel based plating is not easy to wear. Making it perfect for the high-temperature 3D printing that other nozzles can't handle.(but is particularly important at temperatures above 280°C where a silicone sock can't be used.)
V6 Titanium Alloy Bi-metal Heatbreak:
The front end of the V6 Bi-Metal Heatbreak is made of high-quality GRADE5 titanium alloy and the rear end is made of copper alloy material,Heat Insulation Good,Titanium alloy reduces heat upward conduction at the heating position and copper for heat dissipation to accelerate heat conduction.We use a special process to hold them firmly together. You don't need to worry about it being damaged.
The Nozzle and Heatbreak appearance is more shiny,thread precision improvement.The inner wall of the tube is smoother (reducing the chance of filament clogging).The interface is smoother and more precise (can effectively prevent the filament from leaking).
