The Ubiquiti airFiber AF-4X is a professional carrier-class wireless backhaul radio designed for high-performance point-to-point links in the 4.9 GHz frequency range. The U.S. AF-4X-US version operates in the 4940–4990 MHz band and is designed for professional, public-safety, carrier, WISP, and other authorized communications applications.

The AF-4X combines high-throughput wireless performance with GPS synchronization, flexible channel widths, low latency, and advanced interference management. It is designed for use with compatible Ubiquiti airFiber X and RocketDish antenna systems.
