Asus P5LP-LE Rev 6.0 HP-OEM Motherboard model 5188-6733, LGA 775/Socket T. Powers on and boots into Linux environment via USB (see images). Will also boot into SATA SSD running Windows 7(see images). Tested with Intel Pentium 4 HT 521 CPU (not included) and 4GB DDR2-667 RAM (not included) to prove functionality and get screenshots. The I/O shield is included. On boot an error message will appear about System fan failed. I've been able to make this message not appear by plugging in a fan to System Fan 3 header, but it is not consistent.
