Up for sale one main ROM replacement for the Model 100 Computer. It changes the hard coded date from '19' to '20'. You can only use this on a motherboard labeled asPLX110EH1X. If your board isPLX110CH1X, then please go to my other sale. THIS CHIP WILL NOT WORK IN APLX110CH1X BOARD. Simply turn off all power from the computer (remove batteries and DC adapter). Then remove the old main rom from inside of the model 100 computer and install this one. Take note of where the notch is on the chip as you insert it. Be sure to discharge static electricity or use ESD procedures when handling the ROM. Align the pins with the motherboard socket and slowly press the ROM into place. All pins should go into their respective holes. Close up the computer, and apply power. Shipping is locked at $4.50 for destinations within the United States.
